We fixed the connection flow issue of the EU region, and it‘s fully operational again. We found that a long-running operation temporarily exhausted resources. We added stricter timeouts to the connection flow to prevent this from happening again.

We are currently investigating an issue with the connection flow in the EU. We see elevated request latencies and time outs on the API that serves the connection flow.

We are currently experiencing sync failures affecting JobDiva integrations. Our team has identified the root cause as authentication errors originating from JobDiva's API, which are preventing data from syncing as expected.

We are actively working with JobDiva's team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, any jobs, candidates, or records that fail to sync will be retried automatically once the issue is resolved.
