Bullhorn integrations continue to experience disruption following a cybersecurity incident at Bullhorn. The security incident originates in Bullhorn’s systems; the impact on Kombo’s Bullhorn integrations results from this upstream disruption.
Bullhorn has shared the following updates (all times CEST / UTC+2):
October 17, 21:28: Bullhorn confirmed a cybersecurity incident and said it had temporarily disabled system access to contain the activity, working with CrowdStrike to investigate.
October 19, 14:12: In its customer FAQ, Bullhorn stated that it had eradicated the immediate threat and was restoring services following security reviews. Its forensic investigation remains ongoing, and it has not yet determined whether customer data was exfiltrated.
October 19, 15:55: Bullhorn reported ATS/CRM access restored in Australia and UK/EMEA, with login issues and functionality limitations remaining. Restoration of Bullhorn access does not necessarily mean integrations have fully recovered.
Bullhorn has also announced API user password resets, which may require integration credentials to be updated. We are assessing the implications for Kombo connections and will share any required customer actions here.
We continue to monitor recovery and will report further changes affecting integration availability. For upstream information, see Bullhorn’s status page and customer FAQ.
